Personal energy is what we need to be able to exist, to function, to get things done and to influence others.  In today’s demanding workplace environment personal energy is the source of competitive advantage: higher energy levels often translate into higher financial rewards. In this workshop we’ll go beyond traditional sources of energy boosters such as exercise, sleep and healthy diet and learn about the art of subtle energies and their laws based on the ancient Chinese healing arts of Qigong and Tai Chi.
